Email admin panel
Run your company's email from one panel
Add domains, create mailboxes, set security rules and read every mail log. Your admin sees what your team's email is doing and decides how it behaves.
Built for business owners and IT admins who manage email for a team. All SagaMail servers are located in India.
Dashboard
Know the state of your mail at a glance
The dashboard opens with a count of everything you have set up, then shows how much mail is moving in and out.
- Overview of your setupCounts for domains, users, groups, aliases, forwards and catch-all configurations.
- Traffic analyticsInbound and outbound mail as time series. Switch between the last 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days, and point at the chart to read any hour or day.
Domain management
Buy a domain or bring the one you own
Add a domain in two ways and manage its DNS records from the same screen.
- Buy a domainSearch for a name, buy it and start using it. The DNS records mail needs are set up for you.
- Add an external domainEnter a domain you already own. The panel lists the DNS records to add at your DNS provider and checks them.
- Manage DNSView and change the records for your domains without leaving the admin panel.

Group management
Group addresses and a shared inbox for teams
Some mail belongs to a team, not a person. Groups keep it from getting stuck in one inbox.
- Collaboration groupsOne group address delivers to every member. Use it for support, billing or sales mail.
- Shared inboxMembers work from the same inbox, so a customer's mail never depends on one person being online.
- Ravi MenonInvoice question for September
- orders@shop.exampleOrder not delivered to Chennai
- Divya KrishnanNeed a GST invoice copy
- hr@partner.exampleMeeting request for next week
Alias mail
Route mail with aliases, forwards and catch-all
Decide where each address on your domain delivers, without creating extra mailboxes.
- Alias mailExtra addresses on your domain that deliver into a mailbox.
- Forward mailSend mail on to another address. The destination is confirmed with a one-time code before it is used.
- Catch-allReceive mail sent to any address on the domain that does not exist yet.
Email log
Every message, and what happened to it
The email log stores the status of all inbound and outbound mail. When a customer says they never got your reply, you can check.
- Inbound and outbound in one listFilter by direction to find the message you are looking for.

Email security
Protection for mail coming in and mail going out
Set a rule once for the whole organisation, then tighten it for a group or a single user.
Allow and block
Always accept or always reject mail from the users and domains you choose.
Email authentication
Check SPF, DKIM and DMARC on incoming mail to catch senders who are pretending to be someone else.
Quarantine
Hold suspicious mail in quarantine instead of delivering it, so an admin can review it.
URL protection
Check the links inside a message to stop phishing mail before anyone clicks.
Attachment protection
Screen attachments before they reach a mailbox.
Email backup
Your mail data stays yours
Keep a copy of your team's mail outside SagaMail, in the form you prefer.
- Download at any timeAn admin can download the email data of the entire team whenever needed.
- Back up to your own S3 bucketSend backups to an Amazon S3 bucket that you own and control.
Audit logs
Every admin action on record
